We accept unworn merchandise with the full set of tag(s), original packaging and gift with purchase (if any) within 7 days of the receive date. All qualified orders will receive a full refund credit.
All orders need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, contact us with your name, order number, and the item you’ll be returning. You will receive a return address together with your RMA code. It is recommended that you purchase insurance for the delivery. Jera is not responsible for any lost return packages.
Customers are also responsible for any delivery or transportation fee incurred when returning items to us. Please note that Awfully Hot does not offer free shipping for returns, repair, and exchange.
